The historic Brasserie La Coupole 1912 is known for being THE place in Vevey to enjoy seafood of all kinds and of the best quality!

Every year, from the beginning of November to the end of February, shellfish and crustaceans appear on the menu of the restaurant and lobby bar & lounge to enhance aperitifs or meals with iodine-rich flavours.

Oysters, pink and grey shrimp, edible crabs, langoustines, periwinkles and lobster are served by the piece, in portion or on a tray to delight seafood lovers. Eat as you please – on the spot or to take away.
