Our menus
Our restaurants and bars offer a daily selection of traditional Swiss and brasserie dishes, based on fresh and if possible local ingredients, combined with friendly and efficient service.
The historic Brasserie La Coupole 1912, the winter garden Le Pavillon and the Lobby-Bar & Lounge are open from 8 am to 11 pm.
In particular, you can eat at the following times:
- Kitchen: 11.30am – 2pm and 6.30pm – 10pm
- Afternoon menu + snacks: 2pm – 6.30pm

AstraDôme
The magic of the festive season in the heart of Vevey!
The AstraDôme welcomes you for festive moments in a warm and cosy setting – perfect for your year-end aperitifs! Located right opposite the Astra Hotel Vevey and just steps from the train station, this pop-up venue offers a delicious and convivial experience.
Open from 19 November to 24 December, from 4 p.m. to around 11 p.m. (closed on Sundays and Mondays).
Enjoy a refined selection of seafood, homemade tapas, and excellent Swiss wines, all in a musical atmosphere with DJ evenings.

La coupole
In our Historical Brasserie La Coupole 1912, while tasting our typical dishes served with the best wines of the region, you can admire the stained glass windows and frescoes depicting the past Fête des Vignerons.
Le Pavillon
In the Pavillon, our winter garden flooded with light, your meal will be served in a contemporary setting with views of the center of Vevey.
Lobby Bar & Lounge
Finally and before or after your meal, enjoy a drink in our new Lobby Bar & Lounge which offers a place to relax with friends or watch a sporting event on the screens
