Our menus
Our restaurants and bars offer a daily selection of traditional Swiss and brasserie dishes, based on fresh and if possible local ingredients, combined with friendly and efficient service.
The historic Brasserie La Coupole 1912, the winter garden Le Pavillon and the Lobby-Bar & Lounge are open from 8 am to 11 pm.
In particular, you can eat at the following times:
- Kitchen: 11.30am – 2pm and 6.30pm – 10pm
- Afternoon menu + snacks: 2pm – 6.30pm

Our Chef concocts his specialities to take away 7/7 at lunch and dinner time.

- Delivery service (subject to availability) max 10km: CHF 15 or orders delivered by taxi, for an additional charge, within a 10km radius.

In our Historical Brasserie La Coupole 1912, while tasting our typical dishes served with the best wines of the region, you can admire the stained glass windows and frescoes depicting the past Fête des Vignerons.

In the Pavillon, our winter garden flooded with light, your meal will be served in a contemporary setting with views of the center of Vevey.
Lobby Bar & Lounge
